Faith Leadership Academy (FLA) courses are for people who want to grow in faith and help make the world a better place. All courses are designed for people seeking a spiritual purpose. FLA courses are best suited for people wanting to establish meaningful objectives for their lives, divine action plans, and accountability. People most likely to benefit want to please God through actions that are loving and helpful.
Guided by Matthew 25:14–30, the FLA mission is to inspire the discovery, development, and deployment of human gifts and talents. FLA faculty members aspire to do all that they can to fully invest their true human wealth, that is, wisdom, experience, and values. Course participants are also encouraged to thrive by investing their gifts and talents, sharing their true wealth, and helping others to live well.
With God, all kinds of new and wonderful things are possible. When individuals are open and willing, challenges and opportunities can be approached in creative and constructive ways. FLA courses are provided in individual and group formats, in person and online. Courses are designed to grow diversified portfolios of talented people eager to serve others in schools, workplaces, churches, and communities.
