Talents

Talents can be understood as measurable characteristics of an individual that are related to success in life, school, and work. A talent may be a motivation, e.g., Commitment to Purpose, an interpersonal characteristic, e.g., Influence, a cognitive skill, e.g., Technical Knowledge, a sales skill, e.g., Contacting, or involve leadership, e.g., Team Building.
